Financial Management was founded by Greg
Morgan in 1992. In 2002, David White and Craig
Greenway joined Mr. Morgan to create Strategic
Financial Management Group .

Mr. White
came from Baker & White, L.L.C., a Registered
Investment Adviser, where he had been a founding
partner since the firm was established in 1984.

Mr.
Greenway was a partner in the CPA firm of Carroll,
Caton & Greenway, P.C., before joining SFMG.

Mr.
Margolis joined Strategic Financial
Management Group in 2004 after serving as a client
service director at Tolleson Wealth Management.

SFMG has been named to
Bloomberg's "Top Wealth Managers" numerous times and will continue to strive to be recognized as
one of the top wealth managers in the
country.

The Dallas Business Journal ( April 2006 Issue) listed SFMG in the top 25 largest money-management
firms in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

All four partners previously have been selected as Best Financial Planners in D Magazine. Most recently, Kevin Margolis was selected in the January 2009 D Magazine issue.
